My friends and I go to Lake Winni up in Wolfeboro, NH every Labor Day weekend, and this year I brought my camera so that I could take a few pictures of my adorably pregnant friend, Christine. We headed out right at sunset and shot for about 20 minutes. She was down for anything…standing in some bushes, walking in the (freezing) water, etc. In conjunction with the beautiful backdrop and that dress, her maternity pictures are some of my favorites yet.
When we returned to Boston, her husband joined us for part 2 of her shoot, which was taken in the middle of a field near my house. I love that the final gallery has variety since we shot in two locations. ALSO, if you’re a mom-to-be and are considering a maternity shoot, take note of her dress! It’s long and flowy and has a timeless floral pattern. The right outfit can really enhance your photos, so I love being a part of the clothing planning process with my clients :).
In any case, I hope you enjoy these photos, and I hope they hold Christine and Taylor over until Baby Boy makes his appearance later this fall!
